About

After extensively travelling around the world and practicing in various countries, such as Costa Rica, El Salvador and Nepal, I decided to visit the Yoga motherland, India to train as a yoga teacher. I also headed back in 2016 to complete my advanced training, becoming a registered 500 hour teacher with Yoga Alliance.

I ‘found’ yoga after leaving a corporate job and fulfilling my dream of seeing the world. I practice for the way it makes me feel, providing a sense of equilibrium and calm in an otherwise chaotic world, alongside the very obvious benefits and sense of wholeness it can bring to the body.

The beauty of yoga, I believe is that it can be accessible to all. Everyone works within the limits of their own body, as every body is different. The age range of my current students is 7-74, and it is with great pleasure that I now share the gift of yoga with all students, of all ages within the North Norfolk area.

I am trained in Multi – Style Yoga and offer a range of classes mainly incorporating Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin. I also run special events incorporating Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) meditation, Yoga by candlelight during the darker winter  full moons, Yoga Gym, and I am a certified Buti Yoga Instructor.

I suffered a dissection stroke in March 2017 which left me with my right-side paralysed and I  had to learn how to talk, read and write again. This led me to becoming a personal trainer and to do my Level 4 in Stroke Rehabilitation in January 2019.
